Your Church, School or any organization that needs to raise money will have "fun selling Gourmet Mixes". We offer custom made packets for your group, all the sales sheets with extra if needed. You will also have very easy to follow instructions. You will be able to offer every item that we carry, even the sugar free ones. The best part is we will carry over any sales that come from customers that your group sold to for 30 days after you close your fundraiser. So if anyone orders more you still get credit for the sale.

We are excited to share our gourmet mixes with you!  Each one is handmade using only the finest gourmet ingredients at just the right proportions.  Each mix includes all of the dry ingredients; you simply add one or two other ingredients (sour cream, cream cheese, water, etc).  Our products are all individually handmade in southeast Texas and most contain no preservatives, msg, or chemicals.

We are national company that was started in June of 2002.  I taught elementary school for 6 years, and then decided to work at home when my first son was born.  My mom and co-owner of The Gourmet Cupboard, Judy Baker, is a veteran school teacher as well.  We have been in the schools, and we know from first hand experience that organizations are always looking for new items to sell.

We think that our food mixes will appeal to everyone, from the gourmet cook to the kind of cook that can only boil water!  There is something for the person who has a sweet tooth, an entire category for diabetics, rubs/marinades for the man that likes to grill, a fun child’s category, and much more!

To get started, both the supplies and shipping are all paid for by our company.

Just a few details:

  • Each participant would receive one of our booklets, custom made for your school, church, or organization.
  • Each participant also receives a salesman sheet to take orders on. We always send more sheets to the sponsor in case someone needs more.
  • The average profit margin per package is 50%.
  • We do ask for money up front. The participant collects money at the time of the order and the fundraiser sponsor writes us one check in the end.
  • If the wholesale order totals at least $750, then we will ship for free. Shipping charges will apply to all others. If there is a problem with a product (hole in a bag, wrong product etc.) then we will replace and ship these for free.
  • We do try to process your orders as quickly as possible. (a few days in most cases) We have a large stock of products here on hand.
  • There is no time limit on how long you would like for your fundraiser to run although most last 2-3 weeks.
  • Any order placed over the phone or our website that mentions your organization, will be added to your fundraiser total. We will honor this up to 30 days after the end of your fundraiser. A check will be mailed to your organization at the end of the 30 day period.
  • In each bag, there will be a brochure listing all of our mixes and their retail prices. There will also be a note stating that if they order in the next 30 days, we will credit your organization. This allows the customer to purchase more of what they bought, to order something that was not in one of the value packages, or to order just one of something they really wanted instead of them buying the whole package.
  • After putting together the different value packages, we write the name of the package on the outside of each bag so that it is easy to identify what is in each bag. These bags are then placed in boxes that are also labeled with a list of the value packages found inside. This makes it very easy for the sponsor to sort through the boxes and hand out the correct packages to the participants.
